Our founder

Mr. Ujang Suparman realizes that the nutrient needs of plants are very important things that must be met in oil palm plantations. In his efforts to make it easier for companies around the world to meet their fertilizer needs, he launched a mission to become a provider of the best quality dolomite.

Our story

PT. Bintang Timur Pasifik (BTP) is a national private company engaged in the fertilizer sector and trading of dolomite and various mineral products. BTP has been established since 2005 in Surabaya. Since then, new challenges have always accompanied the company's business growth journey. As time goes by, BTP continues to develop and update its business strategy through various innovations in harmony with quality priority to sustainable growth (sustainability).

In the field of fertilizer, we provide dolomite as a magnesium and calcium fertilizer for agriculture and plantations. Our factory is located in Gresik, East Java. In Indonesia, the dolomite deposit from Gresik is well known for its high quality dolomite with a magnesium oxide (MgO) content of 18-22%.

Gresik is one of the dolomite deposits in Indonesia which has high quality with MgO and CaO content of 18-22% and 29-32%. With a total deposit resource of 150 million tonnes and deposit reserves of 200 million tonnes.

We produce dolomite powder with specifications suitable for the needs of the glass and ceramic industry. Our dolomite has high purity of calcium and magnesium oxide, and low iron oxide, making it suitable for the flat glass industry, glass bottles/hollow glass, and glass tableware.
